Shipping policy

Please make sure to select the correct shipping label otherwise we aim to ship within-3-5 working days as standard delivery. 

Royal Mail is our preferred Courier however this may change depending on shipping urgency and weight of the order. 

Please check you have entered the correct address which includes door number, street name and post code to prevent parcels from going missing. It is not our responsibility to investigate missing orders if you have entered an incorrect shipping address.
